The biggest recent news in Ethereum has been the release of the Uniswap ERC-20 token, UNI.
Uniswap is one of the first Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) to appear on the scene, allowing quick and easy swaps from ETH to any ERC-20 token. All you need to do is paste in the token contract address (if it doesn’t appear on the default list).
In the past year or so, many blockchain gamers have used Uniswap to obtain tokens for the games they play. Here is a list of some tokens you might have swapped on Uniswap:
- Enjin Coin
- SLP, “small love potion” – Axie Infinity
- MANA – Decentraland
- SAND – The Sandbox Game
- Ethereum – just swapping in and out of ETH
